Do you know what the warning is? Why would they care / have the power to control what private companies sell… plus a lot of female athletes wear them / similar products when working out

From what I've read they're basically telling them that they're selling illegal products but I don't really know if there's any legal precedent on which they could be charged if they continue business as usual

I think they’re trying to classify it as a medical device or something and from there use fda regulation to say ‘actually no sorry this is illegal now’
