I’ve been in therapy for around 6ish months and have really worked hard to be better, but what I’ve learned is holy shit my trauma effects everything and now is super touchy

Hey so yea prey much and once you can learn to sit with that trauma and learn from it even tho sometimes it can really get to you. Thats when you know you have started healing

Yeah I’m not there yet. And I’m also not a survivor cause I didn’t survive shit, I’m still a victim
