but real talk, i’ve been on T for 4 years and i was twinkified by it at first lol. it really does change your body and your diet needs, and i had to start eating what felt like a ridiculous amount of protein just to put weight and muscle mass on. it’s a mix of your body needing to stabilize itself hormonally, as well as you needing to figure out what your body needs to reach certain goals. it’s not easy, but it does become easier with time.

collagen powder can be super helpful, but it is best to make sure you’re getting enough zinc, copper, and vitamin C. you’ll also need proline (found in mushrooms, cabbage, asparagus, peanuts, wheat, fish, egg whites) and glycine (found in red meat, turkey, chicken and pork skin, peanuts, granola) to make sure your body can actually utilize the collagen.

not necessarily, the fun part of testosterone is that you never really know what variety you’re gonna get. a lot of it is genetic tho, so just look at your male relatives when they were your age and you’ll probably have a pretty good idea of what you might start to look like.
