kinda pisses me off when people complain too much about women who like BL. Like most of them are reading/watching ROMANCE stories, and they RARELY bother actual gay men. These men watch lesbian porn (they wouldn’t touch a lesbian love story)then go out and disrespect, harass, and assault lesbians. People blow the ‘BL fans are fetishizing gay men!!’ thing WAYY out of proportion. If you’re going to complain, at least stop acting like it’s anywhere the same as what lesbians hear from straight men.

like I think the difference of outrage for women being kind of weird about gay men vs. men literally assaulting lesbians is straight-up just misogyny. Like people complain abt BL fangirls wayyyy more than I ever hear anyone say anything abt the way so many straight men treat lesbians.
