i will never understand the modern republican party members who tout “small government” and then only vote for laws that allow egregious government overreach of personal rights

This is a vent post about a guy I was talking to who told me a trans woman that non binary identities aren’t real and that gender is male or female 🤦‍♀️ and after I told him google it he said nah I’m good 😡 what a fucking dunce

If gender is inherent in your sex then why does it take big government to enforce it??

Always felt like this subject should be taught in high school when kids are actually starting to become sexually active and curious about themselves n the world around there whereas grade school should just be taught tolerance and that other people like that simply exists and this is what makes them different from the average cis person. -an older black trans woman
