I agree it isn't systemic. And, other -isms are discussed as interpersonal and systemic interchangeably. That's why we call individual ppl misogynists - they suck on an interpersonal level. Of course that's facilitated by systemic misogyny & the patriarchy, but I think a lot of people don't necessarily make that connection & will explicitly focus on interpersonal behavior. Which can lead ppl to think "misandry" only references interpersonal issues. (They shld be looking for "patriarchy" imo)
