I really don’t think that anyone has ever said this though

Was not expecting these comments lmao. As someone who has tainted multiple sapphic friendships by trying to date because we were sexually isolated (small town, no lesbians) and confusing emotional attractive with lust, this does not feel like a worthless point

some bisexual women feel entitled to the lesbians attraction and some lesbians feel entitled to bi women's attraction by virtue of both being wlw in some form

people don't argue it but it's definitely an issue in sapphic spaces and culture to feel entitled to someone's attraction by virtue of both having a similar lived experience

No it’s not because nobody in that discourse is saying that you are entitled to dating someone just because yall are both wlw

Like I have not actually seen a single comment or post either way of anyone being “entitled” to someone’s attraction and if you can find it I’d love to see a screenshot!

that's fine, i was mostly speaking from my experience in sapphic spaces, if you haven't felt that then i'm genuinely happy for you because it means there's some way healthier environments

Do you have ANY actual examples of this…

yes, as i've said, my lived experience is "an actual example" even if it's not tangible for you, i promise my goal wasn't to start discourse 💔

I’m asking for screenshots and SPECIFICS 💔🫩 because it’s starting to sound like you view someone saying that “a preference that specifically excludes bisexual people or lesbians is bi or lesbian phobia” as “entitlement” when that’s just not what that is I FEARR

i mean i guess? i don't personally believe in using exclusive labels for myself but i think they're valid if someone really identifies with that

kinda like, it's the hyper individualism of thinking that you should be attractive to those who are inherently attracted to a specific gender

Ok so that’s not feeling entitled to them liking you tho. Like if a white person said “oh yeah I don’t like dating minorities I ONLY date white people” and you responded with “that’s racist” you aren’t trying to force them to date a minority you are calling out a bias that they have.
