Not to be weird, just general state location so I can try and help figure what places have gender affirming healthcare and informed consent, as that’ll be easiest. Also are your parents accepting/do you have insurance

So if you have a primary care doctor, talk to them, or look here https://www.plannedparenthood.org/planned-parenthood-southeastern-pennsylvania/patients/transgender-health-care The wait is 2-3 months, but it’s informed concent so no therapist letter

Also here’s a Reddit thread with the same question https://www.reddit.com/r/trans/comments/1axbyww/gender_affirming_care_in_pennsylvania/

Also steps basically are 1. Find a place to give you hormones 2. Talk to them about pricing and stuff 3.decide if you want shots/gel/other. Shots and gel are the most common forms of testosterone hrt but there are definitely more. I started on shots and moved to gel. I have no insurance but go to a no cost clinic in mass. I pay out of pocket for my t. Five months ago it was 25 bucks for a month of shots, and 60 for two months of gel. So about the same, but some places gel can be more.
