I think I might try going to a queer tea dance event tomorrow but I’m so anxious because I don’t like dancing and since I’m going alone I probably won’t be doing anything besides sitting and drinking by myself :/

But it’s one of the only pride events somewhat near me (it’s an hour away and I have no car so I’ll have to just get dropped off in the city) so it feels like my only options are to stay home and miss out on the little pride that’s available to me or go and do nothing but drink alone for 4 hours

I just wish there were more generic pride events around here that didn’t rely so heavily on dancing and alcohol, I hate dancing because I’m bad at it and I hate drinking around other people fr
