you’re acting like people are saying “labels have no meaning!” while people are telling you that these words have meaning beyond what you understand. there’s additional meaning, and you’re trying to trim it down to a one-sentence definition on which you can police others.

also it really is obvious you don’t care about other queer people feeling good in their own skin or in their communities. really is obvious that you’re willfully ignorant out of apathy to your own community, and dismiss them offhandedly because of it. you don’t care to think about this beyond the surface level, which is why you make others unwelcome. because you don’t care. how are you better than a bigot who doesn’t care to challenge their own view?
