1) It was in a school building, this would have been fine if it were non school based, or if they at least covered up while waiting in line in the hallway. 2) one of the guys had to be asked to pull up their shorts cause they were slipping too low (more than just crack showing)

This was an dining hall so people not seeing Rocky had to see them too, more people had problems with the guy in the pup mask than the guy holding the leash they were just a pair
