I hate how us intersex ppl are often not included in pride I had to search everywhere for a flag and the only place i found intersex stuff was with the one guy who bothered to speak to me and get to know me. So. Happy pride my intersexies i love you💜💛💜💛

Just realized the only context I’ve heard intersex people brought up in is as an example as to why the concept of the gender binary is bullshit. Do you have anything to recommend where I can learn more? Sorry if any of this comes off as insensitive, I just like to learn and be supportive, and I realized I have a major gap in knowledge

not sure if this is super helpful but i’ve seen a few 20-something minute long youtube videos where people talk about what being intersex means to them! it’s a much more personal approach than learning about it scientifically but it helped me a lot to understand a lot of the often ignored social contexts around intersex identities!!

There’s a really great show on Netflix called “you can’t ask that” where people from different groups ask common questions. There’s an episode all with intersex people and it’s so educational and cool :)
