It would happen but limited civilian casualties would be a cost that would be nothing compared to the progress Iran would make without the mullahs.

It would be based if they actually bombed Iran

So are you racist, islamophobic, or got your nose up a capitalist's ass? You need to go lick some boots to feel useful in the world? You need people to suffer to feel like you have any value? The only person who should suffer is the one that wishes suffering on others.

I don’t support governments that kill people for being gay.

I support the spread of liberal democracy and human rights around the world.

So you think bombing iran is the way to spread human rights? Bombing, famously an activity that ensures human rights are met for all targets?

this is crazy bro like the fact that you actually think killing innocent civilians(some of whom could be gay people that you say you so dearly want to protect) is a good way to gain people human rights is so incredibly misguided

like you realize that’s literally what fascists do, right?

Fascism is characterized by a authoritarian government and ultranationalism which has nothing in common with liberal democracy. I would never support indiscriminate bombing of civilians. Iran’s government lacks public support and can be effectively destroyed or at the very least weakened by targeted strikes on leadership.

Fascism more closely describes the Iranian government, although they are religious fundamentalists not ultranationalists.

Given the liberal outlook of the Iranian people relative to the government a new government would likely lead to an improvement in human rights and quality of life for Iranians.

spoiler alert you can’t use literal bombs without killing civilians. and i’d say bombing places and forcibly instilling your ideology upon people feels like something a fascist would do

It is impossible for zero civilians casualties, but they would be very low compared to other wars. I don’t support forcibly installing my ideology. I support enabling the Iranian people to determine their own government not some mullahs.

A large portion of those are justified like Bosnia

I don’t support all US government actions, but it is important to judge them based on context. Sending weapons to a dictatorship to fight a terrorist insurgency is justified.

The world is not a zero sum game. For example Japan or South Korea becoming wealthy improved the quality of life of the average American.

If the entire world was as wealthy as America everyone’s life would be better. An economy being unproductive does not necessarily mean colonization. It just means the country is poor. This explains hours of work.

FDI is not necessarily a bad thing given that fair prices were paid for ownership. It brings capital into economy which can be reinvested in other industries.

US companies would much prefer a higher income country where they could sell industrial goods and consumer goods for middle class.

I don’t support the bombing of any civilians. Only targets that enable the Iranian regime to oppress its people.

dude bombing places literally makes their social causes regress because those places then don't have the time or resources to focus on cultural issues. They get put into survival mode. And the US bombing these countries then makes these countries hate western countries and "western values" even more, which include feminism and lgbtq acceptance. Like when terrorists did 9/11, it just made Americans hate Muslims even more.

also idk how to tell you this but the dictatorships the US is sending money to are the ones that are also homophobic. And only "taking out the oppressors and not the civilians never works (and also doesn't happen). Someone else always steps up and if anything it makes those countries become even more paranoid and locked down against outside influence.

Even when we "only get the bad guys" we still destroy a lot of buildings. People's livelihoods are ruined and they have to pay money to rebuild their cities. So basically everyone is poor in these countries and can't access education that can lead to more progressive thought.

and fun english lesson: "I wish they would bomb iran" means that you wish they would bomb the country of Iran, which means bombing the people and civilians who live in that country!
