Their “evidence” is a 2+ year old TikTok post with an one of those filters. They’re changing the story from “his family turned him in” to “this random person turned him in”. Also, their narrative isn’t painting trans people as an enemy— more of a good person for (allegedly) being the one to turn him in. Like?? Anyway. Fuck conservatives.
Tyler Robinson’s roommate was trans except that they might not have been because of the main photo is from a TikTok face alter trend *and* they also dated except there’s no proof to that *and* they were roommates except that Tyler lived with his parents. *and* *and* *and*. People need to stop talking about shit before all the facts are out.
Where in my comments did I say that Tyler Robinson was trans and that the entire trans community is to blame? You can’t because I didn’t! What I DID say is that he dated and lived with a trans person, which connects him to that community. I also pointed out you don’t need to like it but statistically over the last few years violent events such as this have been done by members of the trans community. It’s not the right that has justified attacking ppl if they make them feel bad.
Wait, I thought using the word “trans” was supposed to be a slur? Guess that rule only applies when it fits your narrative - hypocritical much? Also, where exactly in that meme does it say conservatives think the shooter himself was trans? I’ll wait. But here’s the part you keep skipping: if someone is dating a trans person, they’re part of the “trans community”.Whether you like it or not, there have been multiple violent incidents tied to that community in recent years.
He’s already been captured and is fully cooperating with the feds. They’ve got his discord records, spoken to his family, are working through 11k leads. His own parents turned him in, his HS friends leaked texts and his roommate/bf is also talking. Are you so arrogant that you refuse to listen to ppl in your own community?
Nobody has ever said “trans” is a slur except for idiots who think “cis” is. Kkkuntservatives we’re REAL quick to assume tyler was trans before he was turned in. And, no, there haven’t been. By that “logic”, all white, cishet men should be avoided. That’s how dumb that sounds. And no, association with a trans person does not make you part of the trans community. That would require that 1) you are trans, 2) you are involved in advocacy to some extent, 3) interact with other Trans people.
Yeah, .0001% or something like that is the amount of trans shooters. Trans people, who make up 2% of the population. Lots and lots of trans shooters. The issue isn’t transness, it’s white supremacy. Almost every shooter, including poc and trans shooters, were involved in white supremacy someway somehow.
Let’s be real: if the word trans isn’t a slur, then that message needs to be consistent - cus plenty of ppl online DO attack others for using it. Second, no one can deny Tyler dated and lived with a trans woman. That’s a connection, whether or not you want to call it formal ‘membership’. You can’t keep changing the rules depending on what’s convenient for the argument. And just so we’re clear - the moment you start throwing insults is the moment you’ve lost the argument.
I’ve never heard someone say trans is a slur, lmfaaooo. Maybe if the person wasn’t trans themselves or maybe they meant tranny (which is a slur) not trans, but trans is just a descriptor lol. And there’s no evidence they dated, or that he was actually trans. The guy they’re making out to be a trans woman is just some dude, and was only a landlord to the shooter. So.
I’d love to know who thinks trans is a slur because I only see it worn with pride. 🤣 And, no, we don’t have all of the information. The narrative keeps changing to try and pin it on trans people. First it was his family, then it’s a roommate who then becomes a partner, but is also just a landlord. The only “evidence” for benign trans is a TikTok video posted 2 years ago with a filter. Trans people aren’t the issue, no matter how you try to twist it. The push to normalise violence is.
You absolutely were pinning him as being a part of the trans community when he is not. And no, we’re hearing that it was a landlord. And no, you can quit pushing the bullshit narrative that trans people are out to hurt others for “making them feel bad”— you’d see a lot more violence if so, but you don’t. The issue is white supremacy and the normalisation of violence. Trans people aren’t far more likely to be VICTIMS of violence than to ever cause it. QUIT. DEFENDING. WHITE. SUPREMACY.
There isn’t a single official dataset that tracks shooters by gender identity. So throwing out .0001% is pure guesswork, share your source. At best it’s someone’s bad math on Twitter. What IS verifiable is that in just the last few years, multiple high-profile shootings - Nashville, Denver STEM, Aberdeen, Club Q - involved trans or non-binary individuals. If the roles were reversed, the media would call that a ‘patter’.
And in the last years the most high profile shootings, parkland, sandy hook, Virgina tech, pulse nightclub, columbine, involved cisgender men. So by what you’re implying, we need to target all cisgender men as being cisgender and male means you’re more likely to commit a mass shooting.
