I'm so sorry I know how much that sucks If you're able to avoid them def do that but if not just redirect the conversation as much as you can and try to keep it on different topics also if you think your management would care/possibly do anything about it then keep notes of all the offensive things they've said other than that keep a lookout for other jobs
