i've said this a few times so ik there's definitely guys who like it but it always feels so performative to me like i know you don't talk to other guys like that. you wouldn't go on and on about some random guy being so masculine looking and manly and a handsome king. there are some people who i like it from, like t4t, another guy telling me im handsome is hot and sexy. but if you're some random and you'd call every other guy "queen" or "pretty", then call me that, too.
