i meant to add on that labels can be stacked. like a trans man can also be trans masc. there’s nothing wrong with being under the gender-conforming and non gender-conforming umbrellas together. at the end of the day, the individual is still trans. i just wanted to make a more linear representation to clarify
maybe we just have different views about gender the same with the people I’ve spoken to cause honestly every clerk person I’ve spoken to has slightly different views about gender could just not see it the same and that’s a perfectly OK thing and doesn’t have to be an argument as long as we aren’t actively harming each other
i assume people have different perspectives on this kind of thing, but i’m telling you all this as a trans masc person. i like something’s that are rooted in traditional manhood, but i am not a man. i consider myself more akin to being gender non-conforming than ever being a man. i also acknowledge that trans men don’t have to be masculine, which is why i didn’t put it that way. trans masc is not tied to manhood.
