It’s really weird to say that you can tell when people are trans.

Like yeah, sometimes I can tell just as I can tell when certain people are gay, but why tf do people have to go screaming it from the rooftops?? Not every thought needs to be shared out loud.

I’ve been told this multiple times. …I’m cis. You CAN’T tell who’s trans and who isn’t.

as someone who is trans i fully hate when that’s one of the first things someone says or notices about me bc a) it causes instant dysphoria but also like b) my gender identity isn’t the most interesting thing about me so unless i bring it up it doesn’t rly need to be talked about.

Like sure, sometimes you can tell when someone is trans. But do you assume that being “able to tell” invalidate their identity? These ppl r just gross.

I can tell when people are trans at pride when they wear the flag and shirts & buttons that announce it 😌🏳️‍⚧️

do you mean clocking a trans person or clocking an egg?

exactly. normalize keeping things to yourself 💛 also like not everyone needs to know exactly what you personally find unattractive! that can be an inside thought

Like what a novel concept - ✨inside thoughts✨Lol. I can also tell some people are Black or have three arms, but I don’t dwell on it or say it out loud!

imo both are weird to say. I don’t really like the trend of pointing out eggs (esp for social media attention) because it feels a little bit like telling someone what their identity is, and people use it to reinforce gender stereotypes in a pretty gross way

I’m trans & get told that too but that must be so funny as a cis person 😭 like it’s obviously so rude either way but... how do they react? Do you tell them you're cis? I would try to make them so uncomfortable but ik that’s just me (& unfortunately I don't get to do that from an "I'm cis..." angle)
