honestly this sounds like you got accepted? They took it off so other people wouldn't put up offers and then they friend requested you to hash out the details. But idk how facebook marketplace works so maybe I'm wrong

It wasn’t on Facebook marketplace. We applied through Zillow, she added me on Facebook. I sent a “hey, how are you message” that she has yet to respond to. In the application we signed, it said they would only take the house off the market if someone signed a lease
