What’s wrong about my statement? Only the fed can keep printing money to fund the out of control spending of congress. No way NYC doesn’t quickly outpace its revenue generation with the programs that are being pushed.

He’s not really borrowing money from the state: NYC gives more to the state than it receives. And a lot of the new “state-funded” stuff was funded by the state until just a couple years ago (thanks Cuomo)
