She is definitely leading you on. Speaking from personal experience if she is also pursuing a man she is not interested in you. From what you are describing it sounds like she is using you as a distraction

Okay word- I agree. She will post on her stories about this guy… kinda complaining and then pulling a 180 and explaining the situation after communicating. I’ve liked her for years, so I’m just a little disappointed.

I’m sorry, I have been in that same position. It sucks, the girl ended up telling me that she would pick me if I had dick but since I didn’t have a dick she would never be satisfied with me (she also identifies as queer)
