I earnestly need advice on if I’m in the wrong and I need it from gay people: My partner tends to lay up against a certain friend of mine and it makes me a bit jealous especially because it’s only this one friend

I asked my partner if they could stop doing that because “I know I sound crazy but I get jealous”. Which I think is where I’m maybe (probably) getting too jealous and putting that on them. But then later: I asked “Hey was that okay of me earlier?” and they responded by telling me I needed to get checked out

which honestly made me pretty upset. I know I wasn’t fully acting rational but I was trying to be honest about my feelings and where I was at and checking in after, and then when I was asking for some kind of assurance/communication they said that to me and it felt Bad
