I was on HRT for 2 years but in October my state banned gender affirming care and idk what to do. I've noticed my progress resetting and I don't know what i can do about it. Someone recommended "the cafe" but idk what anything is on there😭

i dont take hormones but i have trans friends that do and i know that they do diy hormones. i dont really know how it works but can you just copy the dosage you had previously ? or maybe it would be possible to go to a planned parenthood that is a state over to get your hormones? im so sorry this is happening :(

most planned parenthoods dont allow you to use their hormone service if you are out of state. im from massachusetts and they had me emphasize im a citizen in THIS state because i wouldnt be given it otherwise
