Losing nips: largely only happens if you don’t take care of them/let them dry out, is definitely a possibility but is pretty preventable with proper care The Noises: literally terrifying to experience it’s SO LOUD, reminiscent of squeezing a water balloon full of oatmeal and sprite, no one will warn you about it

Not to mention the fluid buildup and the drains. I got mine taken out to early and had so much fluid buildup that I basically had to milk myself to get it out (it was either that or have it sucked out by a giant needle at my surgeon’s office)
