You NEED to leave. She is literally ACTIVELY A DANGER TO YOU. She is manipulating you into staying because she doesn’t want to go through the hassle of finding another victim. If you live together, get your stuff and go to a trusted friend or family member when she’s sleeping. If you don’t, change your locks and start getting ready to move.

This happened to me with my abusive ex gf. You have to get out it will only get worse. It will hurt and it will hurt bad because kf the grip she has on you now but you cannot begin to heal until you leave. Id you wanna talk ab it u can dm me
