ohhh okay yeah i get that fr, i thought you meant it would prevent it in some way that’s why i was confused sorry! i know some people that have done similar things and it’s really helped them feel more confident after losing themselves from being victims. i’m sorry to hear that happened to you and wish you luck in your healing
