So don’t say this is “unheard of”, it just happened to someone who was favored by the party in the majority and so that’s why people are going crazy. Just because something isn’t talked about constantly and isn’t always on the news, doesn’t mean it’s not happening, and news coverage doesn’t make something rare. Car crashes happen all the time, most aren’t on the news, does that make them unheard of or rare?

I never said it was okay, but neither are all the kids getting shot in school. He said that was a necessary sacrifice, and that makes him evil and terrible. The current President is a personal friend (gross in ways but facts) and has the power to enact half-mast. Also, anyone having issues with places lowering flags in general, why do we feel the need for others to think the same way we do? Isn’t autonomous thinking the biggest freedom there is?

I’m bringing it up because you literally threw in America and Israel and I’m saying that neither country are heroes in this story or free of blood and guilt. Literally America only legalized gay marriage ten years ago and they’re trying to reverse it, Europe is much better with countries having made it legal like anywhere from 15-20+ years ago. But even then European countries suck for their own reasons, but are a helluva lot better than the US and the middle east for queer safety and respect
