If you don’t someone’s pronouns then sure, but if you know someone identifies as “he” or “she” then that’s how they should be referred to IMO

Tbh I think it’s still ok as a baseline depending on the situation. They/them pronouns are all inclusive. If it’s meant to be harmful I’m not cool with it. If someone is trying or just using inclusive language I don’t care. They/them pronouns are polarizing enough lol!
