Alphas, betas, omegas (fanfic/manga stuff mostly) a way for mpreg to happen (male pregnancy) for mlm couples, both men and women can be any three category. Omegas can give birth, alphas can impregnate, and betas are normal ppl. There’s also stuff like heats and ruts but idk how to explain them lolol
