I’m not saying I’m a conspiracy theorist or anything *puts on tinfoil hat* but I entered into my first straight relationship the same week I saw a gastroenterologist for the first time. COINCIDENCE???

Probably people should work on minimizing added sugars (& sugary drinks), caffeine, and processed foods first, since those are a main & common source of GI issues. After that trying being veg helps bc meat (esp red meat) and dairy are inflammatory, and sometimes the way we process gluten causes bad reactions in people

I had to eliminate caffeine (which led to all soda cause I kept accidentally drinking caffeinated ones - bad labeling), red meat, and dairy for other reasons and felt SO much better. I’m not vegetarian or vegan, still eat poultry and fish. Dont eat a lot of sweets cause most have dairy. But I really think it’s an ideal diet of “not too hard, not too restrictive, just right” maybe it’s a cope cause I have to do it but I genuinely like it
