So it’s basically calling your lifestyle a sin…like murder and theft…but it’s literally just how you love. I don’t think that is accepting or loving at all. They’re basically saying that you’re living in sin and they equate it to their other sins. I’d respond “this isn’t like wanting to cheat on your wife, Jared. This isn’t a sin. It’s who I love”

it’s definitely a weird way to put it, even by the most extreme christian standards, simply being gay isn’t a sin. It’s not like you were telling them “I just had gay sex”
