Does anyone have any helpful advice on good coping skills. I can’t get in to see anyone till next month and I’m struggling. My go to right now is to just go to sleep but I feel like that’s not helping me process anything and I can’t do that out and about

Although people find it incredibly weird I talk out loud to myself! I like to think that hearing what I’m thinking helps my process it better maybe do this while cleaning or on a walk or even sitting down! Ignore the way people react to it if it helps it helps!
