I’m the same way!! I read mlm too but every book is stuffed full of smut and it makes me so frustrated. God forbid we not perpetuate the stereotype of queer men being hypersexual. God forbid queer men want an emotional connection within a monogamous relationship. God forbid a queer man not do hookups or friends with benefits. It makes me so mad when every mlm romance novel is so sexualized. Where’s my mlm pride and prejudice? Anyways that’s my rant for today thanks

have you seen any of the straight romance novels that have come out recently?? most romance novels are just like that. there are good ones out there but you gotta go looking.

I went into a bookstore recently, went straight to the romance section… there were like 2 mlm books in there. And guess what it was. Heated rivalry.. where’s the variety??? It’s literally pride month and there’s barely anything in here 😭
