“You guys” is fine and gender neutral, but if someone says to not use it for them personally, listen.

I think so! I use it all the time at my job when I'm dealing with multiple people, i also say "you all", but "you guys" is a little more habitual for me

You will never catch me referring to a group of ppl with 1+ transfems as "you guys"
