guys how do i show genuine appreciation to my roommate/bsf, i have a rly hard time ww emotions and he just grabbed me and told me i will eventually find someone who loves me and i played it off as a joke but i appreciate it a lot and love him dearly help

I would say start with just finding a good time to say thank you, and just be as genuine as you can be. Maybe even bring up that you struggle expressing feels, but that you really want him to know you truly mean it
