WOMEN STOP APOLOGIZING FOR ASKING FOR HELP. I just helped this lady unlock something at work that was locked up and she js kept apologizing like girl u don’t have to worry abt a thing we not even busy or anything and im doing my job.

we can replace unnecessary apologies with gratitude in like 9/10 situations ❌ "can you unlock this? sorry 😞" ✅ "can you unlock this? thanks 😁" ❌ "sorry for the delay" ✅ "thanks for being so patient" ❌ "sorry, i'm so tired" ✅ "i'm so tired. thanks for being understanding"

I’d say 30s+ no. As a guy in my 20s having male friends, you’ll only ever get a “my bad” or “thanks bro” and both of those are rare. When it comes to other guys that are strangers, you won’t hear any apologies or thanks, just silence

I could be at a restaurant and they could be doing bad at their job and never get me more water or something and I’d either not say anything or be like “hey.. I am so sorry but could I please get some more water.. sorry. Thank you so much”. It’s a bit ridiculous 😭
