I don’t like using the word because I feel it’s so often abused, but Bowie is one of very very few artists in my lifetime I would be comfortable calling a genius. Not that he was this mistakeless god, but he accomplished so much. A 49 year career and he never stopped pushing the boundaries of music, art, social norms, and so much else
