i need your most unhinged anti-nausea hacks. no ginger/mint tea, no warm bath, i’m talking weird shit. i’ve been on the verge of throwing up and passing out for like 2 hours, i feel like i’m gonna fucking die and i can’t take it anymore

throwing up I've been dealing with random nausea for months and the quickest way for me to get it to go away is to force myself to throw up

i keep a box of alcohol pads in my house for many reasons, and nausea is one of them. sniffing that mf will make it disappear

there's a pressure point on your inner wrist that may help, they make anti-nausea bands that press on that part but you can also do it with your finger/thumb

It depends on why you’re experiencing nausea tho. Like did you eat something that causes nausea or is it coming from a migraine or a hangover or lack of hydration or blood sugar. There are so many causes

Ok funny enough I also have an unknown chronic illness… shittiest thing is taking Aleve (not any other painkiller) and holding ice or putting ice on my lower back, no matter where the pain is, and laying on my back w a pillow under my knees, and SLEEPING!!! Is the best thing for be. Emphasis on sleep.
