Then look it up. There’s examples for every single category on the list. Caregiver would be something like feeding and hydrating everyone, front lines is pretty self explanatory, healers helping people get tear gas out of their eyes, etc

i took that one quite literally honestly, i know some laborers who go through my town and help fix things up for people who can’t afford to pay someone to do it. could also mean volunteering to build boardwalks in your local park. idk could mean different things to different people
