there's a few possibilities you could have some internalized things you need to overcome or your romantic and sexual orientation are different, so you might be homosexual and heteroromantic

yeah i expect it at this point tbh. sorry that my inability to imagine a future with a woman was because i grew up in a heterosexual society, couldn’t imagine a (happy) queer future and experienced a lot of pressure to date/desire men which took me a long time to unpack. fwiw i think the split attraction model can be helpful for *some* ppl, but anytime internalized queerphobia gets brought up in the same conversation ppl tend to discount it. ig not all queer experiences are equally valid 🤷‍♀️
