Well there is many kinds some are more of a cage cover and sone are more of a keep it pushed in I’d say

The easiest I believe is the one that covers, since it’s the most basic and doesn't require too much specific wearablility like the flats with sounding devices

No, the ones that outline while you're flaccid, the ones with the round holes are flats with the sound

You can have flats with no sound
