They don’t need to pretend. Predators are treated with reverence and trans people harmed. Why would a predator go out of his way to be treated worse than if he just was?

i think a big part of it is they’re so uneducated on what HRT does. I’m a whole hairy ass trans man with a beard and more chest hair than every guy i’ve dated or hooked up with. I live in florida and legally should be using the women’s room, but if I do under the current law, I have a high likelihood of being reported for being in the wrong bathroom and being investigated! They have major survivorship bias where they think trans people don’t pass bc they only notice the ones who don’t
