Bc so many people can’t comprehend a relationship that doesn’t focus on sex, they assume if you don’t experience that sexual attraction you don’t want relationships either

i told my friend I’m ace and they keep saying things that imply they think I’m aro even though like one of the first things we talked abt when we became friends was this massive crush i had and like. idk how to correct them

Yeh once I tell people I’m ace they just assume and it’s real stupid but gotta remind them occasionally, my issue (was not clear earlier) is that before people know I’m ace they assume I’m aro cause “you give off that energy”

This is actually the problem I’m having right now. Like, am I just unapproachable because people have told me they find me attractive before so I don’t think that’s the issue? I don’t know what’s wrong.
