Someone in my life is blatantly disrespecting my identity (I'm a trans man) and is constantly wording it like I'm a confused little girl who doesn't know what I'm doing with my life. What should I do about this person? They're too close to me to cut off.

Cut them off. Even if they’re “too close” you need to distance yourself. It’s not good for you to deal with that type of thing

Look up grey rocking. Typically used for dealing with narcissists. Personally I am kind of bad at it because I still internalize what they’re saying

I'm on Testosterone and they will know by the end of next year due to the changes, and I dont care if they find out, but they wont stop being disrespectful.

tell them they’re being an asshole and you’re not okay with it, if that’s something you’re able to do. If you say nothing while it’s happening, they’ll take it as vindication of their opinion. If you say something every time, they’ll get tired of getting called out.

if they’re being more subtle than outright “you’re a girl”, just saying “what do you mean by that?” can help make it obvious you notice and care. If they continue doing it to your face after that, not much you can do besides stop talking to them
