I think a lot of it is because we’ve spent so much time yearning for that kind of community, like personally speaking before college there wasn’t many lesbians that were out to befriend so id try to get involved in the community any chance i got (even online stuff, which helped me find my little friend group of lesbians in my phone and my current gf) You can do the same you just gotta keep an eye out 🫡
