There’s a difference between a porn category existing about a demographic vs a demographic being so fetishized that it’s often seen as a porn category *before* it’s seen as someone’s actual lived experience. See lesbian for example, an identity that is so fetishized by people outside of it that we see lesbians not wanting to call themselves lesbians because it feels like a “dirty word”
Honestly im queer too and I have no idea anymore. I’m not contributing to this issue, I want whatever is best for the collective and I’d rather let experts like you guys figure it out. I’ll worry about the issues you’re not thinking about and dw I’m not gonna bring them up this isn’t oppression Olympics, it’s divide and conquer. Happy pride. Keep fighting the good fight my dear. I honestly am not experienced in this topic but there are fights I can support for the good of all things love & joy

Socrates, Plato, Aristotle and many of the founders of “western society” routinely had same sex relations, cross dressing and drag has been entertainment for centuries. A little anal ain’t never hurt anyone can we like be mad about the debt or taxes or the government telling you that you can’t do something idk
Yeah I would definitely say that the sex in the first episode was kind of like a hook to shock people and it definitely worked out that way. Though the sex continues to be graphic throughout the series, I find it to be very thought provoking and important for the community. I believe that the show has brought on real change and it feels good to see people in your community getting the same kind of media that straight couples may get as well. It is a real show with real moments, but it isn’t -
