Search up Alexander Technique. Honestly chin tucks and neck curls sound like BS but they genuinely helped me. Also look into working out your back and glutes that helps a lot too

literally how I found out I was trans - my shoulders are FUCKED but i’m also going to school to become an occupational therapist- weight training is both gender affirming and helps with back/shoulder pain prevention
