Of all the things that didn’t happen, this didn’t happen the most. Semen, once outside of the body, is viable for mere minutes without freezing it. Unless she was ready to take it from him almost as the bed stopped squeaking from your efforts, you’re either lying to us, or being lied to by them (and believing it).
Not So Fun Fact: This is a more common practice than people might be aware of. It’s known as forced fatherhood, spermjacking, or spurgling. And it almost never results in any sort of justice. It’s nearly impossible to prove in court that you didn’t have sex with someone and they actually stole your sperm. And in cases like this, it almost always ends in the victim being forced to pay child support.
I never said it wasn’t? What I said is that the victims are forced to pay child support, which is fucked up. Sorry not sorry. I don’t think that rape victims should have to pay for the children they never chose to have, regardless of gender. In the same way that women shouldn’t be forced to give birth after rape, men shouldn’t be forced to pay child support if it was conceived nonconsensually on his end.
Like you realize that a large reason why this crime is usually done is so that a person can get child support from a man nonconsensually, right? So yeah, someone who chooses to have a kid in order to financially abuse someone shouldn’t get a cent from their victim. Doesn’t matter if it’s for the baby. This crime is done by women who are choosing to impregnate themselves with a man’s semen nonconsensually. So if they can’t afford that child, they probably shouldn’t have chose to have it.
Be so forreal girliepop. Nobody is going out of their way to birth a WHOLE ASS CHILD as part of some elaborate scheme to steal your semen. Child support is not enough to cover daily expenses of caring for a child. Not to mention the fact that sperm can’t survive outside the body for long enough to make your fear even a remote possibility
This is why research is important. Spermjacking involves methods that quickly transfer sperm. Taking used condoms right after sex, inserting sperm in yourself after pretending to swallow, etc. It’s a documented phenomenon and there’s legal cases about it. But because the victims are male, people think it’s not real.
This? This is NOT a documented phenomenon. Yes, there are instances where a woman can non-consensually gain the semen from a man (hole in the condom is the easiest way). That does happen. But a grindr hookup (which we all presume means a male on male encounter here), unless the woman was IN THE ROOM watching, did not produce a child. Period. This does not happen. Biologically it is nearly impossible to accomplish. So quit trying to say it does by using examples that are not the same.
