In fiction from my point of view, non binarity is presented mostly as some shade of sapphic exploration. Like I want to see masc enbies, enbies that are not androgynous or maybe are trying to be because that's what you expect from gender flexibility but fail etc

THISSSSSSS I'm an AMAB ENBY, and I got bullied hard for it in my local queer community because I tried to go to an event aimed towards "non-binary folk and women". They said because I was more masc presenting I wasn't the right vibe. More AMAB ENBY rep would do WONDERS for the community I think.

I recommend “a psalm for the wild-built”! I haven’t read the sequel yet but Dex is extremely gender neutral (though most of the book club I meet with believes them to be amab for one reason or another)
