mississippi chicken: throw some chicken breast, a packet of au jus powder, a packet of ranch powder, a stick of butter, a handful of pepperoncinis, and a shitload of pepperoncini juice into a crock pot. cook on low for like, 8 or 9 hours. ideally, you’ll want the chicken to be submerged in fluids; if you can’t achieve that, flipping it at some point works fine too.
